Course Overview

As Craniosacral Therapists we allude to the spiritual within our clients and ourselves and within the process of therapy all the time but seldom do we explore what we mean by that.

In her recent development of an outcome measure for Craniosacral therapy which gained her a PhD, Nicola Brough had a section in the questionnaire devoted to ‘spirituality’, it forms a part of what we discern as a successful outcome.

In this Study Day we will explore:

  • What we as Physiotherapist Craniosacral therapists mean by this term.
  • We will dip briefly; don’t panic, into incarnation (embodied) theology which is remarkably similar in most religious belief.
  • We will have time to nurture our own state of Being and kindly explore our own strengths and struggles in this area.
  • There will be plenty of practice time to consciously encounter the beauty of the Living Spirit in our practice partners.
  • We will leave enlivened and encouraged by the wonder of the sacred in ourselves and others in a safe space.
